Arapaki Manners Library
I needed somewhere on a chilly morning to do a little bit of work on my laptop before my next appointment, and this was excellent. Staff were friendly, it has basic seating and standing desk facilities, and toilets at the back. Warm and comfortable. This is only a small temporary library, so it only has limited facilities, but it's a nice peaceful oasis should you need one.

Lovely helpful staff. Great self service. Good selection of books (and you can reserve almost anything through the library app and get it delivered to the library).Just a bit small and lacking in sufficient spaces for a decent number of people to sit and read/study/etc. But it’s a great temporary library.

Staff are in different sections according to services that are offered. I went to Arapaki library to get some printing done,which is easy for new users to gaining access to the internet, print and scan, and the charges are surprisingly small. Lots of people there to offer help and answer questions. Nice, quiet, warm feeling place

I didn't go to the Library itself but went to the WCC and what I wanted to do was great.The young lady that served me was really helpful.Left feeling good.

COVID regulations are ridiculous and excessive compared to the other libraries by the same company. There's 2 seats in the whole library, bathrooms are blocked out and i got told off for literally sitting in the corner wearing a mask because i couldn't find a seat lol (but if i was standing it was fine? Tf) . The lambton Quay location is a lot more spacious with more seats, bathrooms and nice staff :)
