We’re from AKL and drove here and bought our sons first (bunk) bed. I would say it was worth the drive as the quality of the bed is pretty good, we were given timely updates of when our order will be delivered and customer service is pretty decent.

Amazing customer service thank-you Gary!!! The bed was not as stable as we thought and the instructions were hard to follow BUT we reinforced it easily with some cool brackets and we even added a bookcase into the desk area. Daughter loves the bed and two more children can't wait to be getting theirs! Thank you!

We got the bunks together without a hitch, and the kids love them.We purchased king single bunks with a trundle bed (combo). The bunks were heavily discounted as 'seconds'. To be honest, nothing really jumped out at me as clearly 'second' quality, just very minor things that I would have expected at any price, so Gary obviously sets his quality bar very high (a rare thing these days!).Thanks again for a great price, great product, and awesome customer experience.

Purchased a loft bed - pleased with the service, kitset went together pretty well (took most of a day and had to drill some holes but) end result seems solid and the kid is happy! Bedroom has lots more space. Would recommend and buy again

Purchase and contact with this company was so quick and easy. Postage was quick and easy to organise. Appreciate Gary going out of his way to help me outside of hours too.We purchased a bunk considered seconds" but are thrilled with the bunks. They were sturdy and I couldn't notice the imperfections the company had listed in their site. Would purchase from here again."

Great experience purchasing new bunk beds through New Zealand Lifestyle imports.Great communication through out order, order was shipped quickly.Bunk beds packaging was clearly labeled. Instructions good, and clear. Took me 2 hours to assemble everything. Kids absolutely love it.Highly recommend NZ lifestyle imports.

Excellent service, fantastic quality furniture at a reasonable price. After buying a cheap set of bunk beds online and being less than impressed with the quality, I was lucky to stumble upon NZ Lifestyle Imports. Gary went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed. Our new set of bunks are incredibly sturdy and look like they are made to last. Most impressed and glad to support a local business. Great mattress for the caravan very comfortable and perfect size.Didn't cost a fortune.Delivery was a couple weeks and I had to go pick it up or wait another week but that is on the transport company not NZ Lifestyle.Reccomend highly and great communication.

Purchased a Sahara Captain King Single bed.Communication was excellent.I am disappointed that the bed broke twice , replacements for both times where given.When the bed broke a 3rd time we decided to cut our losses and purchase another bed from a different retailer.We received an email from Gary nearly a year later saying the cleat rails were incorrectly supplied and replacement parts would be sent out.Nice to know that it wasn't our fault for the breakages that happenedBut was still an expensive mistake.For this alone I wouldnt purchase from here again, it was a mistake where we had to absorb all the costs for something that wasn't our fault.
