Staff is incredibly RUDE and DISORGANISED. Had me running around weeks on end trying to sort out our shoot, with no sense of ownership of responsibilities. You'd think they'd teach their staff some courtesy.People like Gideon should really learn to pull their head out of their arse and learn some respect when dealing with the client. I'll never work this awful company and I don't recommend anyone ever coming here until they sort out their nonsense.

Never in my experience as a makeup artist have I been spoken to so rudely by one of your staff members. I was scheduled to do a clients makeup for a television shoot, and I was baffled by lack of details I was given. I was contacted 2 days before the shoot by Gayle to debrief the information regarding the shoot. 2 days before?! I should've had a brief given to me weeks before including shoot details (time, location, price and what the show is about.) As if this lack of professionalism wasn't bad enough, Gayle was extremely rude when I explained that I was unable to do the shoot as it was up north and I had never been told the location. She spoke as if I was stupid and as if this was my fault and I don't think I have ever had someone speak to me in such a disgusting manner in general. Never again will I have anything to do with this media company and you should for sure have a chat to your staff about phone etiquette and how to be kind to people.
