Super friendly and helpful staff! Way better than the horrid chartwell specsavers branch. Would not recommened the chartwell branch at all. Go to the base branch for a much better experience.Thank you for your work team!

Glasses are very poorly made. If i look through left lens only, perfect. Right lens only, perfect. Both at the same time, i can't see anything in focus.The Specsavers Te Awa staff member that did the fitting said it will take a little while for your eyes to adjust"

They were awesome.. helped me to choose some glasses, and after trying the lenses that had 2 different focus ranges, I was able to go back to the single focus lenses.. Thanks Spec Savers! you made the process very easy for me

After waiting 35mns to be helped the store manager was brilliant, helpful and cheerful, she brings an awesome vibe to the store. The let down was all the younger staff that stood behind the counter and did not engage customers unless the were buying something. Son even passed customers throughout the store without even a hello can I help you.

If it was a 10 star review, i would have given 11… and that’s all thanks to Aman and Emily. Emily was super helpful when trying to look for frames. She was patient, and listened to what I prefer. And aman was clear in her communication, and presently thorough details when choosing lens. I really appreciate how they made me feel comfortable (ordering new glasses is also a painful struggle for me as I have a high prescription).

My latest experience with the Te Rap clinic left me in pain and tears. I have since had 2 eye tests done by them both were incorrect scripts. Seemed a 3rd opinion from an independent clinic and they got my script right. They spent more time and care to get it right.To rectify the issue specsavers wanted me to do another test before reordering my glasses to be fixed to the right script.Only a sorry has been offered to me nothing further. Appalling service and won't be going back at all . Highly do not recommend

I brought 2 pairs of glasses from Specsavers Te rapa,when after maybe 9 months one pair innocently broke I took them back and they cheerfully replaced them with no charge.Also they have adjusted my glasses for free yesterday.Just been so helpful and reasonably priced,nice Opticians as well.Thanks very much.

Greeted with a lovely lady, so happy and chatty and very informative of what was going on. Directed me to sit down where after a short wait i was asked to complete a pre eye test. Where the lady was approachable and effective. Soon after got taken into the optometrist room where the Optometrist was very helpful and understood my eyes. He was fast, friendly and great at explaining the situation. In such a daunting situation he was amazing and kind and took the time to explain. Would highly recommend the Te Rapa Specsavers.
