We love Kerry she has been grooming Maisy since she was a pup. Maisy is always super excited to see Kerry. Kerry has a lovely nature, gave great advice when Maisy was getting dreads and in summer time when Maisy was super hot. We are always really happy with the outcome, I can’t recommend Kerry enough.Maisy and Belinda

My 72yr old mum booked a groom for her dog with Regal Pet Salon kaiwharawa Wednesday 9th November at 8am. The reason she took the first appointment was because she would need to be with them for 3 hours if she took a later booking, but going for 8am only 1 1/2 hours as she was coming from Kaitoke and could only be away from home a total 3-4 hours due to my dad being ill. She left home at 6.50 to give herself time because of peek hour traffic and all was going well until bumper to bumper at Petone because of a traffic accident. She rang the groomer at 7.50 to tell them the problem and ended up being only 15 minutes late! The girl was working on another dog and said sorry I don’t know when we can start on your dog as you are late - 15 Mins! At no point did the girl talk to mum about what they could do for her to reduce the service and had a complete lack of compassion and what’s worse they even charged mum a $20 penalty fee for something that was out of mums control! She did say however that they have a dog booked in for every half hour but couldn’t guarantee mums dog would be done within 1.5 hrs because of being 15 mins late!!! Now I completely understand 30 mins late, but 15 mins ….. seriously!We will never recommend this business to anyone.

We brought our dog today to Regal Pets. After we were told he is to hard to trim. Kerry and her team did an awesome job, and we now have neatly trim dog. Kerry even txted me that he did amazingly well. I would highly recommend Regal Pets, looking forward to the next grooming session :-)

I've been using Kerry since she first began grooming and will not use anyone else. Trevor always comes back looking amazing and sleeps for hours!!!!Kerry's staff are fab and so polite and good to the dogs.Highly recommend

I have been bringing my Border Terriers to Kerry for years now and she does a wonderful job of grooming them. She handles my nervous dog with so much care and understands her quirks. Highly recommended.

Dice had his first full groom a few days ago and we couldn't be happier with the result. Being a nervous pup, he was quickly won over by the team and we could leave him in their gentle care with complete peace of mind. Super happy, what a handsome boy!

Thanks to the Regal Pets Salon team for being amazing with my highly excitable 10 months old Nico on his first ever visit to a salon today. They not only did a great job (he looks adorable) but were so nice and warm towards my Nico. 100% recommended.

Thanks for another great groom Kerry and the team at Regal.I must say that i have been coming to Regal salon for 3 years now and i have never had anything but amazing service. Kerry even carried my 40kg german shepherd to may car after her groom as she had an injured paw and couldn’t get into the back of the car.Thanks guys. I really appreciate everything you you guys do.

Our large Beardie is a shy dog and doesn't tolerate strangers (or brushing!) well. However Kerry did an excellent job tidying Gabby up for summer and is looking gorgeous. Thank you !
