HU&CO Party Hire

We experienced the most appalling communication and service when hiring items for our daughter's 21st birthday.Trying to organise things was difficult, as emails weren't read properly, and this resulted in a lot of confusion and back and forth emailing and eventually an apology from Sharnay for short and rushed communications.On the day of our event, and despite clear requests in writing, they used the wrong colour for the balloon garland. When we rang to request this was fixed, we were yelled at and threatened to have our payment refunded and decorations packed up and taken away.Abuse should never be tolerated by anybody and you have made it sound like I abused you when in reality, Sharnay was abusive and literally made me cry because I raised a legitimate concern as a client. Sharnay acknowledged on our call that I wasn't abusive, but didn't like my tone" and threatened to come to the venue and remove all hirage items. She said they'd been busy and working all day and put all their pressures onto us.You have revictimised me

We had my sons First birthday in May. Out of everything I organized they were the easiest to deal and plan with. They arrived on time set up, worked with us as we were still trying to get our design of the room ready and give us somr tips. Also we packed up early and they were so easy to call and ask to come earlier then expected. Design of garland was on point and the foam table was so pretty. Also bouncy castle was so cute and the kids had fun.

I cannot recommend Hu&Co highly enough! Sharnay, Fiona and their beautiful team are just amazing in everyway. They are an absolute dream to work with. Communication is awesome and nothing, and I mean nothing is too much to ask. These beautiful people come and set up everything you have asked for with big smiles on their faces and will help you transform your space into something magical.The amazing and very talented Fiona created the most stunning balloon garlands for my daughters 5th birthday and all I can say is Wow! Fiona you have such an exceptional talent!I was sadly let down by another business that I had hired a bouncy castle from,but these beautiful women had my back and organized a bouncy castle for my little girl so she didn't miss out. There is definitely not enough words to say how grateful I was.Fiona and Sharnay have the biggest hearts of gold and will always go out of their way to make your vision and party dreams come true.You will never have to go anywhere else for anything Party than Hu&Co. They are the best in the biz!

Highly recommend Hu and Co their mahi is amazing!! I hired the big bad and bougee package, 21st foam table aswell as seat covers and sashes and loved everything , they made my birthday look exactly how I wanted it and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard mahi, the crew are so nice and lovely they make you feel comfortable.Thank you Hu and Co for making my special day a day to remember me and my whānau will definitely be back!!!-Rangimarie xo

Absolutely LOVED everything from the team at hu&co. My first ever birthday to plan. My sons 1st birthday. I sent an email on a sunday afrernoon not realising that i would get a response back so quick, i sent what i was wanting to hire and the team helped me out, the fastest communication and the BEST to deal with. They have everything you possibly need for a birthday, you CANT beat their prices/hire items. EVERYTHING was a hit, THANK YOU SHARNAY for being so patient with me while i added all the extras. I appreciate all your guys hard mahi. Cant wait for next years birthday!!!

Highly recommend HU&CO! There was a little blunder with a double booking but the team were quick to rectify the issue and offered free extras for the inconvenience (which they definitely didn’t need to do)! Our kids absolutely LOVED the white bouncy castle. I was also really impressed by the set up crew - a 2 man team - who were so quick setting up and packing away their gears and they were really friendly and courteous too. I will definitely be coming here again 100%
