Just had the worst McDonald’s! I asked for steam buns on my Big Mac and they didn’t do it. The chips were also super gross and stale! They weren’t fresh and hot, rather cold and super stale…. Like they had been sitting there for ages. Least the orange juice was good!

I went through 'Drive Through' at about 4.15pm Wednesday.I was very disappointed with quality of food.I ordered a Big Mac and a large fries.I attempted to eat the fries on the way home, as I hadn't had lunch. They were COLD and SOGGY! YUK! The burger wasn't much better, but I took it apart when I got home, and re heated it. What gross food! should have read the reviews.I rang and asked for the Manager, but was told he wasn't there, so (I gathered they don't do complaints.) Somebody must have been in charge!!I won't bother you again!

Ordered NYC Benedict Bagel and was expecting it fresh as we were one of the first customers in the morning, but bagel was so hard to chew like it was frozen and not heated/cooked properly before it was served. My partner complained the bacon on his bacon & cheese burger was so dry and hard! Can't believe to have an awful breakfast.

The food tasted good but the portion wasn't right. I had ordered a large fries and see the photo for what I got. The bathrooms were dirty as well. The restaurant might need an update. Service was good though but the restaurant overall needs some work.

Went to this store as it is close and is my weekly trip, however upon going there I ordered the new bbq bandit burger. It looked fine and I ate it, as soon as I ate I began to feel super nauseous. Not knowing that I had just consumed what was raw product and not only did this happen but the customer service was poor and the overall experience does not want me to make any further trips to this restaurant again.

Came after the Snoop Dogg concert. Place was so packed, but the staff were doing an amazing job!! Order came out pretty fast considering the amount of customers that night. Keep it up team

Overall good place but waiting 15 mins for the meal was not great expecially when not busy but I would recommend this place for a meal for the family

Ordering kiosk receipt printer was faulty , so I didn't get a receipt . Drink very slow to arrive . Lots of food delivery people jamming up the eating area .

Hillwater was a lovely place to go to. It was very nice and all the customers and people. There were very nice to talk to. And especially the whites and all that. They were very nice to talk to. And the service was just lovely and I would say sorry. Thank you, sorry for the wife. And all that. It was just so much better than usual so I would give this place tons of styles of fire. Good, but it was just really good. That's why I said Christian.

If the drive through is pumping then it's alright, the chips will be hot and fresh, if its quiet the chips will be warm and limp. Always check your order here!
