McDonald's PT CHEVALIER
Visiting time ; Time between 3pm - 4pm1. The lady-Staff attended to my food order was polite courteous and professional.2. She is friendly , get along with her staff well and pleasant . Looks Managing well.3. Even though the Order was not big, the staff attended well delivered giving good customer satisfaction.4. Wish the lady who treated us well and all success.

Most staff look disinterested and also need to take lessons in body language. We went thro the drive thru and the girl was just not listening...her mind was distracted on what was happening with her co workers.. . And of course she got the order wrong

Staff service is excellent. This place is smaller than other Maccas I've gone to.Play area for kids seems to close often. Just the service is good.

The best McDonald's in Auckland. This is the first time I've eaten a hot and juicy McNuggets. The dine-in areas were tidy and well organized. Although the restroom was close to the public (unless you ask for open).

Bought a Quarter Pounder today and it was raw on the inside. When you bite into it blood was coming out of the patty. Had to throw it away. We will not be going there again.

Not really 24 hours, turned up here at 4am and they were apparently cleaning and couldn't serve for the next 30 mins. Please don't advertise 24 hours open if your not ....I paid for an uber for no good reason .

1/1/2023 went to pt Chev to order from the self service machines, out of the 4 machines initially 2 were operational, just before finishing ordering machine froze, went to use the only working one left and completed order only to find out of printer paper, took note of the order number and went to pay at counter but they couldn't find the order, had a 3rd attempt where more successful.Ordered at 19.43.Half the order done 20 mins later but number wasn't called out so half the order went cold, had to wait another 32 mins for most of order to be done, still had to ask for missing items.There were approximately eight people before me and others had long waiting for their orders, there were around 8 staff on but way behind and disorganized.Total waiting 52 mins waiting.Mc ds happy to take your money but failing big time with having staff that know what they are doing.This is the worst customer service I've encountered.Mon 27 march 2023 6.40 pm went to mcds pt chev and ordered quarter pounder with large fries and large hot chocolate burger and hot chocolate was fine but large fries more like medium as half empty, also bought cheesy chicken and cheese burger which was missing picklesFries were undercooked and soggyRestaurant wasn't busy and order came quickly but occasionally meals have issues attached so no consistentcy.6/5/23 used self service machine and specifically customized for zero ice in drinks but should have checked before leaving, even though I shouldn't have to got home and what do you know all drinks had ice in, what's the effin point of having the option of no ice when staff don't look at the order.Come on be more observant pt chev, we are running out of decent places to get food from.

Half the order was not there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Sure, give me the nugget sauce but what about the nuggets. And it took over 40 mins. Useless !!

My partner and I went in for lunch. Now I know maccas is fast food but that doesn’t mean they’re allowed to screw up their jobs. We ordered separately and not only did they mess up my order and my partners order but 2 other people came up to the counter while I was waiting for my food to complain that they either gave them the wrong item or missed at item completely. If the docket says chicken nuggets please give the paying customer what they ordered instead of a fish sandwich, additionally if the order says hot chocolate we shouldn’t have to remind you to make the hot chocolate after serving the food. The amount of fries in my partners large fry packet didn’t come above the front wall of the little boxHowever the hot chocolate was nice and had good depth of flavour.
