Highly recommended… Brad and Tobias helped to sell my home on Waiheke just over a year ago. Their attention to detail, consistent approach of going above and beyond and natural flare at customer service made the process a joy. Looking for a beach house, we viewed many open homes over quite a few months, with agents from Waiheke Homes.Each one was easy to deal with, thank you Tobias, Brad & Andrew.We finally purchased our beach house in April with Jude Watson; the sale went smoothly because Jude kept us in the loop, with everything that was happening.Jude was such a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and bubbly, thank you so much.The visit on move in day, with Jude arriving with a welcome home mat & bottle of champagne was a lovely finishing touch to the whole process.

Tobias and Brad were a fantastic team for us in selling our home. They ensured communication with us was quick and clear. Both were open and honest with us to ensure we could make the right (educated) decision when that time came along and it did, quicker than we anticipated. It was an emotional roller-coaster for us in selling our home as we loved it so much and had many ties to it, they recognised this immediately and patiently guided us through the process to the final day when handing over the keys to the new owners. Even post selling the house both checked in on us to see how we are enjoying our new home. If you want a really personal touch by people who care when selling your home then these two are on point.
