I have been going to Jeff for at least 15 years for all of our technology needs and have bought several computers from him over the years. Jeff is personable, helpful and always listens carefully in order to provide the best solution for the situation, both in terms of price and features required. On the rare occasions that repairs are needed he is very knowledgeable and good at identifying and remedying the issue involved in an expedient manner. Highly recommended.

He has been invaluable in helping me with various computer/laptop/technical and software issues over the years and has just helped me overhaul my complete system at a very reasonable cost. He always offers great advice and is patient in explaining various things (I can use the technology but dont know how it works...). I would highly recommend Compcare.
