Ocean Ford

The best experience! I didn't even have to go to Whakatane to organize and purchase my new vehicle. I was referred to Ocean Ford by a friend and everything he had told me about them was exactly what I experienced! Easy, Fast and I was kept well informed and regularly updated of what was happening with my vehicle, and they even had it finished ahead of time! They also delivered my vehicle to me! Thank you so much Steve and the team at Ocean Ford! My first ever Ford purchase and I am now converted!

Jared and servicing team were absolutely fantastic with dealing a complicated and major issue on our car. Kept us informed and ensured other parties involved stayed honest. Thank you for what you guys did for us, we are so very grateful.

Communication needs to improve. Get told service should only be two - two and a half hours and I'm still waiting three hours with no heads up. If this was a one off I probably wouldn't have been to worried but this happened last time as well (4 hours last time).

Took our Ford ranger to be serviced costing $1100 full service I used up all the water in the window washer to see how good ocean ford are and yes come bk empty then our oil in our gear box had to be changed again due to our gears jamming I don't recommend ocean ford stick to your local garage

Two days ago I agreed to purchase a vehicle from Stacey and this vehicle was put on ‘hold’ including the placement of a hold sticker to allow her time to check one request regarding a cambelt with her manager Stephen. I was reassured many times that it wouldn’t be sold whilst awaiting word. A day later and after many hours of attempts to contact Stacey or Stephen to finalise the sale without success I get a call to say the vehicle has been sold to another.I just don’t understand how a business of this scale could pull a move like this. Just as important as this painful experience is the fact that it took 8 phone calls across a full day to receive a short weak response as to their reasoning. I never once heard from Stephen although I’m sure he’ll respond to this with their side now there’s a record of truth as to how they operate.Avoid at all costs.

Had my Ford Ecosport ret its 4 year service. The girls at the office were very helpful and friendly. The service was quick.

Fantastic service, helpful friendly staff. Had my problem fixed and back on the road straight away. Very much appreciated!

Adele, Trish and the service team are great. Having been recommended to see them regarding our service it was great to meet them and also they not only did as asked but gave our Ute a wash, and a precheck for a WOF.So booked in again for the WOF and the brakes as required. All done and dusted and now safe again for towing our caravan. Not as expensive as it would have been in Auckland.Thanks Girls and Guys very happy
