I contacted Lifetime when my fixed term mortgage was about to expire. I asked what my best options would be, and within a day I had a number of options to choose from and some very useful advice to help me make the right decision for my circumstances. I used them for mortgage broking services. They couldn't get me the rates promised, nor did they structure it the way I wanted. Promised to make a goodwill payment to mend things but never heard back from them.

This is a company that is entirely trustworthy and straight forward in its handling of financial matters.Explanations of investments are clear when the options relating to one's personal situation. One is not made to feel naive when questioning the advisor.
