We ordered some small garage door parts on the 4th of July.We were charged $20.00 for shipping, its now the 12th of July and we are still waiting.Don't over charge for freight and then use NZ Post to under delivery your products.

I called on Alpha Doors today as our roller door would not lock. I was super impressed as Luke came and sorted it straight away with no drama or hassle. A great, efficient service. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I recently had a garage door replaced at my elderly parents home and to set up a quote and then complete the job was so efficient and easy. I reside overseas so it was nice to be able to organise this online and over the phone. The staff were super friendly and trustworthy and provided a great handover to my family. I would recommend Alpha Doors to anyone looking for great quality at an affordable price and excellent service.

Fabulous service from Alpha doors from the measure up to the install. They arrived promptly to quote our job and were very helpful, assisting us through the selection process. There was minimal wait for our doors and they were installed within three days of arrival. The technicians were very efficient during the install and the worksite was left impeccable. Alpha doors have followed up with us to check that we were happy with the product and the installation, which we are. We would highly recommend Alpha Doors and endorse their quality product.

Door was installed professionally. Installers were friendly and easy to talk to. My install was a little tricky but they made it easy and solved all the problems. Great service and would highly recommend Alpha Doors
