This was a great stop. Had everything we needed and was clean. 1 suggestion would be to have a bolt on the sliding door to the carpark. Bit more secure and we have an adventurous 2 yr old. Was a worry. But was a brilliant place to stay

Terrible no service at all. Lady wasl so. Stressed. Couldn't even speak probably. Neva ever go again. As. Winz people. Alll. Lived there in perm. Down stairs she made me go upstairs. With broken. Hip. Wouldn't. Help me. At. All. Under. New. Management is. Joke. As there was no management could. See. She. Was. One.manband. Very noisy. Perm , people. Screaming. Yelling. Drunks. Tryinhget my door. Open and illegal as. Only one. Door balony had no fence around. Child could. Easy. Fall off .wen. Asked. Her said. Oh don't open. We will fix .one. Day..

What a treat! Greeted with such a lovely warm smile from our host! Lovely clean, spacious rooms with being close to the city and walk to the beach! Love it!!!

The place is comfortable and handy, we can go to the shopping centre in 5 mins, nice back yard. The staff are nice and you will be offered a bottle of milk for your morning coffee. However, it must be something mistake on the day we check in, the bathroom was not ready for us. For example, there is no issue except just the rubbish in the tissue box, shower gel was problem and rubbish bin is very tiny like a cup. Additional, there are no window in the room just a front door and a back door. That night after dinner we had to call manager night shift to fix them around 11pm or midnight. Well, Thank you for coming though.
