I had the loveliest experience at the Takanini branch. The facility is large and open which felt very welcoming and it was spotlessly clean. I was greeted by a very friendly person on reception and the podiatrist was lovely. She conducted my appointment very professionally and thoroughly. I was thrilled with the experience and will return.

Had my appointment with Lana today. What a lovely young woman. I have only seen her once before but she remembered things about me and we chatted away. Very understanding of my situation and does a wonderful job with my feet. I’ve also followed much of her advice about self care for my feet and it has really helped. Thanks Lana.

First time going there today, met Lauren told her what was wrong she got straight into it,They made you feel at home and so professional about their job as well, will definitely be going back there.

They're so great, and I can't wait to return. Mehar Sandhu was very informative, and put me at ease, which helped a lot since it was my first time. My feet felt and looked brand new after, and the foam moisturizer she recommended has made a huge difference (instead of using any old body lotion, oops). Reception were just as friendly and helpful. Go see them (you, and they, are) totally worth it!

My wife and I had an awesome experience with the foot mechanics Takanini, from the time we entered the building, till the time we left, but the awesome experience didn't start then, the excellent service started when i rang up for an appointment. The receptionist was so calm and friendly and her voice and tone, she was lovely to talk too, took care of my questions and concerns and when she didn't know the answer to one of my questions she got the right person to ring back to answer my concern, it those little things that gave me the confidence to try them and when we came into the building the receptionist greeted us warmly and made you feel valued, just awesome and now our appointment with Lauren, another awesome experienceso friendly and chatty always asking if my wife was alright and was not in any discomfort my wife liked her a lot. It is because of all of these things that have been mentioned, from the phone call to make the appointment, to the receptionist greeting us, to Lauren doing my wife's toes, we have decided that we will only use Foot mechanics Takanini from now on, love the service awesome cheers
