An awesome evening spent with the partner in an excellent atmosphere. This is the Best Movie Theater in Christchurch. Very good and spacious sitting, great atmosphere, service and even toilets were in great condition. Had an awesome experience.

Loved the whole experience. Booked tickets online, and we were checked in by the concierge. Ordered drinks and lollies. It only took 5 mins for them to be ready and collected easily. Seat numbers brilliant, not masses of people in the cinema, seats were super comfy as well!!

Amazing cinema, love all the extra touches that make it VIP standard for everyone (little lights/trays/reclining chairs and big comfy seats! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, offering blankets, seating us all together etc. Fabulous for us visitors over from Blenheim! A++

As much as I’m really happy we finally have a movie complex in Wigram there is still lots to improve.Let’s start with trying to get a parking spot, there are supposed to be few places around the building clearly marked for cinema only, which apparently none respects, so good luck trying to find a place. Another system needs to be implemented linked to actual people going for the movies.Positive things are clean bathrooms, nice and cozy theatres, attentive staff and comfortable adjustable seats with chargers. What is ruining the experience are forced popcorn , food and drink service to your seat. They always do that when the movie starts and it’s very annoying. Bring it during the ads not when the movie starts!Also why the ads don’t start before the screening ? None wants to watch that “sit and relax” with annoying music for 10 minutes?Lastly How about fixing your app that never works and keeps crashing all the time.

Really nice place. The staff are super friendly, when my friend was having trouble with the touch screen the woman was patient and clear. The actual theaters are awesome(bad back+reclining chairs= ecstatic me). If there were any comments it would be the wait time on my friends snacks; admittedly it was the late viewing and she ordered a milkshake but it did sort of stick in my mind(P.S: That would have only cost them half a star but Google doesn't do half marks)

I've been prepping to see Oppenheimer for awhile (1st to book!) and got the devastating news of a positive COVID test two days before my show.I emailed the team just in case about it and they got back to me same day and called me up and told me it's all good and not to worry and they'll have tickets I can use at a later date in exchange for mine when I'm feeling better.Absolutely top-notch service and beyond expectations.

In my opinion, is the best cinema in Christchurch. The service is amazing, the truffle Parmesan popcorn is delicious and you even can ask for blankets if it is chill. The place is usually not crowded and the rooms are small if you compare with the popular options in the city. I’m not sure if the price is the same than Ext Hoys, but we paid $20 per ticket.

This place isn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be when it was first built in our area. It's been a great experience for my young one who isn't good at sitting in the bigger, more crowded theaters. The seats are very comfortable (think lazy boy type). The theaters (8 with 47 seats each, standard size screen) are tidy and well maintained. I like that you have a couple of food and drink options. Overall, it is a comfortable, non overwhelming but surprisingly bigger inside than it looks place to go relax and enjoy a movie with a reasonable ticket price.
