normally would rate higher but today's visit was disappointing, the store is filthy! Understand they are renovating but everything is covered in dirt/dust. Not good for staff working and breathing that in

Nice...awesome variety compared to my local. Unfortunately I visited on Black Friday⚫ could not get a park! Still, the walk did me good. Bought an air fryer for 60 (or 50)% off. Great buy

Absolutely rude and ignorant staff. Paula was a name of one of the 3 ride staff members! Have been taking our nans little dog there for 3 years. NEVER had a issue. Until today. Because the Indian lady staff member went crying to another staff member about a little dog laying down in the trolley on his blanket doing nothing wrong.. paula and another male staff member rudely came up to us and told us the dog cannot be in the store.. bo politeness in this talk to us.. straight rude and arogance about it.. no hello no please or excuse me.. just straight “no dogs allowed in our store” apparently other dogs have made a mess in store.. sure but how can our little dog make a mess of your store when he is laying down on his blanket in a trolley with his lead on.. wheres your signage on your entrance saying NO DOGS ALLOWED? Absolutely disgusting and rude attitude towards a customer who was going to buy stuff. Lost that sale. Will not be buying anything today or any other day from your store.. learn some respect and some manners!

When they are sale that's the best time to go. I love this place their merchandise are always good quality

I only shopped for 2 bedsheets and it took me an hour to finish all the transactions as I had to go back 3 times as they charged 2 sale items for a full price and then made a mistake twice when they tried to put back the money to my card, however, the manager, Ben and one of the lovely lady staff (no badge that day) were so helpful and humbly accepted their mistake. Theres this one staff, shes a white girl who told me It doesnt mean theres a signage of sale then that wud mean its on sale" like hello? Don’t use there click and collect. Absolutely inconvenient. You will literally wait for days to pick it up when if you just walked into the store you could pick it up straight away. Makes no sense. I called customer service and they said it gets sent to head office to allocate stock? There’s stock on the shelf for crying out loud it says on your website available in store! You go to a store like EB games as a example and the click and collect is ready in 30 mins MAX!
