Joyful bake house
my favourite bakery ever! the fresh cream fruit cakes are my absolute favourite for birthday parties, but i also absolutely love the tiger stripe taro cake rolls. SO GOOD!!! I highly recommend!

Joyful bake house
I love bread so much so this place is a blessing to me. Their floss buns are amazing, and the cakes are really good. Their pastries aren't too sweet but that doesn't take away the flavours. Extensive choice of pastries and bread!! They are situated in Church Corner, just a few walks away from the main parking. The place can be hard to find but once you know where it is, you're guaranteed to come back!

Terrible attitude from the Chinese staff with long hair and weird heavy eye makeup. Definitely not worth to visit for the bad attitude. bread was nice and affordable.

We ordered paw petrol theme cake for our boy's birthday. But they just made a normal cake & sticked with images of the theme instead of edible figures which was totally unexpected with the price they charged. Though cake was nice

Very rude service from girl with long black hair & eye make up! Asked if a bun was in stock and she snapped in Chinese: “can’t you see I’m busy stocking the shelves? I don’t have time to show it to you.” She kept rolling her eyes. It was 30mins past their opening time & we were the only customers there. The bakery has nice bread but the worst staff in NewZealand. Absolutely rude.

Joyful bake house
This is another branch of joyful restaurant and bakehouse on riccarton road. They have even more selection of bread, buns, and pastries. Decent price with freshly baked goodies daily. They also do birthday cakes or cakes for any occasions, at very reasonable price, $48 for 8inch fruit and cream cake. We really love their breads and they are often sold out pass noon.

Joyful bake house
Brought a cake. The owner told me it was made yesterday and when I checked the cake at home the fruits on the cake had already gone rotten. The owner definitely knows this but still sales it to customers. Would definitely not recommend this place

Great selection, standard Asian bread, hits the spot. Better than rio kitchen in Auckland that’s for sure!
