Best vet I have been to! We had to book our cat in for an appointment on a Saturday and the staff were very accommodating. Jeff the vet was awesome and very reassuring. He was super knowledgeable and explained in detail how we can go about looking after our cat post surgery. Highly recommended.

I have no words to express our gratitude to David and the team. We arrived with a very sick dog, without an appointment and there were no questions asked, they took her in inmidiatly. They did everything they could, but sadly during the night she passed away. David took the time to ring us in the morning to offer his sincere condolences for our lost. Excellent vet practice! We have come in with rats, a cat and a dog, visiting with 3+ of the vets who practice and everyone we have seen has showed a high standard of care, empathy and expertise. When our rat was put down, the vet nurses went out of their way to take a paw print for us before he was cremated, which went above and beyond the call of their duty. I specifically want to mention David Joubert who has been a wealth of knowledge, gentleness and advice while supporting our 8 year old dog with severe arthritis. He has gone above and beyond to acknowledge a treatment plan that suits our needs and has been incredibly thorough while making an effort to keep us informed, guiding our choices without forcing our hand and keeping us updated immediately when results come in. Thank you so much for all you guys do, it's the best vet practice we have come by so far.

Such an amazing team at wigram vets!! Always pleasant to deal with and don’t hesitate to go above and beyond. They’re often able to see my pet in the next day or two after I enquire about free appointments and are so thorough with their care.

My cat was involved in an RTA and needed emergency surgery and a few days in the hospital. The team looked after him so well and they were also very kind and compassionate with me as a worried owner. Thank you for making what could have been a horrible experience very easy. Communication throughout was exemplary and I was particularly touched by the follow up call after discharge to see how he was getting on.
