Mark has terrible customer service I've ever encountered. Poor customer skills. It's a shame. The place was great up to this point. Its amazing that no matter how good a place is but if your rude and aggressive a bussiness can suffer.

Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable. Put together a great package for me suiting my needs. Recommended and advice on all aspects of purchase. Rifle, scope, rings, supressor, barrel length, recommended rounds. Included a case, cleaning kit. Cant recommend enough. Prices were cheapest of anywhere for what they had to offer. Will be back for sure. I had done a little research but their advice and knowledge was great. Answered all my questions and more.

I came in to the store to purchase an item. Although my mind was made up, the sales person still took the time to demonstrate the item in detail which I appreciated. On this visit, my partner joined me and she had a look around the store. She found a couple things she wanted to draw my attention to and when the sales person saw this, he engaged with her and offered her the items to view. When we walked out she remarked it was the first gunshop where the staff engaged with her directly and took her seriously. Great effort guys! Keep up the service and the engagement!

Absolutely amazing team.Dealing with people who know what there doing and talking about makes the visit to gun city easy and fun. Some staff very knowledgeable. Two recognize me as a customer that spends a significant amount in the store on reloading equipment and advising people whom I take there to guide them on what they might be wanting.Wish they had loyalties cards.

Great service and friendly team!I'm a novice and purchased my 1st rifle from here, I was worried that I was going to feel bit stupid not knowing too much but Neil was great, he explained things thing clearly to me and gave some great tips!Highly recommend
