I suspected I was going to have issues with my e-bike battery charger or battery as the battery was not charging. I went to the 99 bikes Northwood in the morning with my battery and charger for an assessment. They rung me up in the afternoon to confirm it was not my battery but battery charger that was at fault. Luckly, they had the only one in stock in NZ. I normally try and bike every day, so this outcome was great.

Superb service from Toni. Went out of her way to track down something I was after that was no longer available from supplier! Very happy customer who have found all the staff to be great to deal with - knowledgeable, obliging, going out of their way to help! Will be back!

Great knowledge and friendly service. Super helpful. Drew helped me pick a bike for my husband and made me feel comfortable in an environment I was a bit nervous going into. The bike mechanic Grant was also great and talked me through my bike service at a separate visit

Met a young fella called Dan when I arrived there at the store. He was awesome! Very welcoming and very good knowledge about bikes! Made me feel comfortable and confident in what bike I needed to buy! Happy as with his service, I wish there was more people out there like this.

Super happy with the service received at this bike shop in recent weeks - from viewing and test riding ebikes one weekend to purchasing the following the service and advice was top notch. Bon was super helpful, as were the rest of the staff we dealt with. Took the time to fit the bikes correctly also.Then today after a week of use my bike had a malfunction, the PA stopped working - I rung the store mid afternoon, spoke to Indy on the phone, and by end of day the bike was checked and fixed! I’m hoping the problem was a one off but I’m sure the team here will see me right if it reoccurs. Thanks Indy for the super prompt service today, means I can head out on my ride tomorrow :)
