City Chic West City - Clearance

Was served by Francis today with the most remarkable service. She helped my maid of honour and my mother find their perfect fits in such a professional manner. She was such a God send!! Best customer experience I've received in a long time ❤ keep shining girl :) stay blessed xx

Visited this store last week and I have to say, the customer service was on point! There was a beautiful bubbly young woman that was working on her own at the time that I went in and she made my shopping experience there really worth it! She helped me and also gave me advice on outfits as I was looking for something to wear to a wedding and I'm not the one to dress up. In short, my dress sense is pretty much non existent. I also noticed that she greeted every single person that came in the store (myself and my partner included) and I heard her compliment so many people that came in. She really made my day and my trip out to that store. I would drive all the way from South Auckland just to this particular store if I am ever in need of an outfit again. I'm really gutted that I didn't ask her for her name! Keep up the great work though!

Staff are really friendly shame they can't match their online sales as most people like to try things on first to make sure it fits. Turns out you lose sales as it's in a mall and other shops have similar items that can be bought then and now. Maybe consider this change

My fav store by far. Love the style of clothing also love the pacifica woman who is there during the week, man does she know her stuff, shes fantastic! Won't shop anywhere else but here, highly recommend

The staff in this store are exceptional.they know there stock and really help with sizes. Went there on my birthday and they made my day.

Went in on Friday was told to wait not once but twice, due to wanting to exchange an item purchased online. The woman with the condescending voice was disrespectful and rude. I seemed to be an inconvenience for her by just asking questions around the return process she was arrogant and rude. being a long time customer of city chic and having spent alot of money through city chic, due to this woman's rude and loud nature and speaking to customers the way she does, I will not be returning. If you don't want to work in a place where you should be talking nice to people and giving good service don't work there it's hard enough entering a place where you already feel uncomfortable and being an islander girl like myself you should absolutely know better.

Went to City Chic Henderson on Sunday looking for an outfit to wear next weekend. Staff there were very helpful. Thanks so much Francis for the awesome service.

I had the best shopping experience here, the Ladies working were incredibly helpful and friendly and made me feel so comfortable whilst trying things on. They went out of their way to help me and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies!

I went into this store yesterday for the first time in a few months. The thing that really pmo is the fact i asked the lady there to check a price on a dress I already have but in a different colour. It was 49 and I paid 30 for mine. That's fine but then I overhear her fawning over the other customer in store asking her to let her find her things, and then says she can give her a further $20 off the sale price. What about me????? I just walked out without buying anything for probably the first time in my life. Won't be going back in a hurry there are better sales online. Also there needs to be more racks and organization
