Great customer service from Kevin. Really enjoyable experience.His knowledge of the rugs they sell took the stress out of choosing a rug that worked for us. He was also very helpful in laying out the rugs for us to see different designs and explained how the colours can look different from different angles due to how the fibres are assembled/cut.A great range of designs and colour choices are available and we are really happy with how the rug sits in our living room.
