Regularly go here for rehab and a sports massage with Carey and Christian, highly recommend!! They have fixed so many issues I have had that hindered me a lot with my performance in fitness, forever grateful! Also the amazing Rachel for all her help at the start of my rehab process, best physio team out.

Had a very good massage for some ongoing sports injuries and tightness.Nothing beats a locally owned and operated business for service.Loved the online booking system, easy and straight forward to complete.Very convenient to the city centre and close to my local pool and gym.After years of endurance sports I know I will be back for sure for more work.

Absolutely outstanding!Don't look anywhere else because the people here are the bomb. Their knowledge is top notch, they understand body systems on a deep level and have a real passion for what they do. They go above and beyond in their time and teaching so you can get the bests results for you body. I certainly won't go anywhere else now that I have found this place.

Great service and knowledge. I have been to Physio RX for two different injuries and each time with their support I made a full recovery. They are a great team and when my regular physio was away they happily fitted me in to see someone else and ensured there was a good handover so my rehab could continue. I would and have recommended them to others. From as soon as you enter the building they are friendly and professional.

I used to get lower back pain constantly whenever Ido glute and hamstrings exercises like hip bridges and deadlifts without being able to activate the right muscles due to incorrect forms that I didnt know I had or how to fix. It was very frustrating not being able to see any progressions with the weights I do. Until I saw Christian at Physiorx who has been very helpful by showing me the correct techniques that works best for my body type in the clinic. Then he planned a work out routine for me to help develop my strengths in those areas, which have been very helpful. I am now able to train on my own using the Trainheroic app with the workout routine Christian have created for me. I find the app very convenient and helpful as I can easily ask Christian to check my form and for directions when something doesn’t feel right. My lower back has never felt better since. I feel more confident and happy with my workouts as I am now able to see progressions with my weights. I would totally recommend Christian at PhysioRX and the app for anyone experiencing similar issues.

Carey is an absolute legend! Insanely thorough and very cautious. Can’t recommend his services enough. He helped my shoulder when I tore the rotator cuff so much.
