Great place to visit plus service and lady was exelent

We had fantastic service from Bryar at the New Plymouth Pandora store. She assisted us and helped us to choose the perfect gift for our daughter. Bryar spent so much time showing us options and answering all our questions. Thank you so much for all your help.

Went yesterday to buy a gift for my friend.. Staff came out and stand at the counter and showed me the pieces i asked for..don't even a single word she said.. I tried to make a conversation but no luck!! May be she is having a bad day but i also work with people, i keep my emotions away from my clients. So disappointed. I have visited the store before, always had good service.. Hoping to see good friendly staff there next time..

Women behind the counter was very un helpful and unfriendly, tapped her fingers while I chose. Will not be going back.

Good store, not a lot of stock, but a good variety of great things.

Went in and had to order in the sizes we wanted on two Pandora rings. Waited 10 working days (we were told between 5-10 working days they’d be in). Rang up to ask what was happening with the order as we’d heard nothing to be told one had arrived and the other was on back order and they had no idea when it’d be in. Wasn’t advised about any of this despite us telling them we needed them by a certain date in store when we ordered. Lady on the phone was polite and apologised but it was pretty disappointing to have to chase them up to find out what was happening. We went and ordered the ring online (which there was still a small amount in stock) on Pandora website with an expected delivery within 3-5 days. It was a lot easier and hassle through to order through Pandora online and not through this business. Communication with customers definitely need to be improved.

The team are super helpful and make my Christmas shopping easier year after year
