Thanks Blake for being super awesome, from my initial contact regarding the 60's+ session offered, to my mum's 1st and 2nd visit - to her wanting to sign up for membership! Your communication and updates thus far have been excellent. Thank you for making my mums first time ever experience at a gym being comfortable. At nearly 80, she loves being active and keeping fit. HP Fitness provides this.

HP fitness has been great, I have motivation to get up off the couch and go to there classes, I feel great, and it has been great for my mental health. Would highly recommend, I promise you will feel so good, more energy, and I sleep way better than I have in a long time. Pop online and book in.

As time goes on, our classes become more fun and vibrant. We are gaining new equipment as often as we can to keep things interesting. I would totally recommend coming in for a chat. Our PT clients have seen progress is short time as well which is awesome
