My Odyssey developed some metal rattling noise at cold start so I took it to this branch to get looked it. Since it happens only during cold start it is hard to replicate. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and suggested that I left the car overnight so they can confirm the issue. They called the next day confirming the fault and replace a part on the same day. The car was under warranty so no charge and the problem got fixed promptly. Good experience. Thanks.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I went in to have a quick car airbag replacement and it was done in a jiffy. Their service staff cannot tell an aftermarket key from the factory one!! Their parking is very confusing when they share a tight space with another workshop, nearly impossible to find a spot at 8am even! On top of all that the waiting area" is outside in the parking lot amongst tyres and other junk with dirty chairs I was left standing there

Great service! Had a yummy coffee and hot chocolate for the kid while we waited. Super helpful staff. Only paid half of what I was quoted. They helped me with an error made by a mechanic that had me stressing.No stress from these guys, quick and easy. Would def recommend.
