On 30/05/23 @8:55pm I had gone through the drive-thru for my dinner. The skinny b**** who was taking my order was obnoxiously rude and when I asked for a dip at the end which I was offering to pay for she just said no and shut the window on my face. The worst ever experience and that b**** needs to get fired for ruining the reputation of bk.

Got order wrong and poor staff seemed overwhelmed. Actually got every order wrong myself and 3 other customers had similar experiences,Facilities are getting refurbished and I'm willing to bet the computer system was glitching out , cables everywhere and inside was a total messUsually pretty good not in this case unfortunately

Stop by for a snack... have never been so disappointed with the service of Burger King.I asked the staff concerning the downloading of BK Apps but he has no clue. I approached the manager and she is neither friendly nor helpful. At the counter the service is slow and they even give the wrong cap size for our drinks.I really hope that this is an isolated incident and hope they will put effort to improve their services.

Does not deserve yellow star. Placed orders online so that it can be picked up 15 minutes. Walked inside the Dominion Rd, Burger King for the first time to eat-in. Dominion Road, only customer standing at counter and Noone at self-service kiosk. Fast-food service attendant could not find my order on her counter system and she demand me to put my orders again with the self-service kiosk. So annoyed fast-food service attendant refused to take my order when approached her in the beginning. 25 minutes I am still waiting for my order. I approached service attendant to let her know that it's not acceptable. No apology and explanation. I was given 5 bags and one servette between two adults, obviously I did not order at drive-thru. I'm very dissatisfied overall on Dominion Road Burger King. The taste of the ring onions in my 3 burgers, it's soggy. The bun size too small. The longest seated table with 2 chairs could fit another 6 more chairs is where I sat and not once got wiped down since arrived and while I ordered and when I ate, in total of one hour and half. The table had crumbs and rubbish not cleared before me. I recommend that you don't bother eat and dine in.

Rubbish and careless service. Missed a complete order on Fri 9th June evening. The 0800 number and the land line just kept coming back as busy.I'm out of pocket by $10, still wonderinghow to get my money back.There has been no reply to my message on Facebook messenger either!!!!Rip-off is the word that comes to mind.
