Took my car in on Saturday for a service and a wof. Honestly hassle free fast service, very happy customer will definitely go back. Thank you to the team and the receptionist that day I think his name was Steve. He was such a great help.

Most helpful and friendly. The chap knew what was wrong and helped us with our vehicle when we were visiting town and needed a mechanic to see to a noise it was making. Would recommend 100%. They were great !

I've been taking my car here for a number of years. Seriously, they are that good! I live in Manukau but will drive all the way to Panmure just for them. Over the years I became very weary of some mechanics - especially ones that ask for your hard earned dosh b4 they have even touched my car!! Yeh rite mate.So anyway...I think the reason I ended up here was I needed my wof done on that day and they obliged. They didn't do any wrk on it until they spoke to me first. At the end I was given a clear explanation and run thru regarding all they had done and the paper wrk to take away with me showed precisely what I was paying for along with any recommendations from the mechanic. Brilliant! Very professional. I have never looked anywhere else since. There really is nothing negative to say about these guys. From the moment you enter reception it's professionalism all the way.

Only joint in Akl that was willing to help me out with my vehicle issues when I really needed it. I’ve used them a lot. Really helpful. Got the job done when most other mechanics couldn’t be bothered. Great service! Thanks guys!

Walked in this AA centre for a WOF not realizing I needed to book ahead. The receptionist, Rhiannon, was awesome and graciously managed to squeeze me in to get seen a few hours later. When I went back the work was done within about 30 minutes while I waited. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing excellent car care :)

I have been servicing both my cars and had no issues with my regular service at this center. But my recent mechanical repair experience has been really bad and I would think twice about bringing my car back to this center. Car had a scrape on the rear bumper and we missed noticing it until we brought it home. Next morning took it back and the branch manager refused to acknowledge it.Response to AA - Thanks for your response. Branch manager didn’t offer any solution. In fact he requested not to mention AA service center during Insurance claim to avoid unnecessary complications. Currently the vehicle has been sent to AA Insurance claim for which excess of $500 will be paid by me. This is after $1500 service invoice. Waste of time, energy and money for us.
