I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a massage to help recover from sports injuries or get some movement back into those aching muscles. I've been seeing Chris for around 3 months now, and I've seen a vast improvement in my flexibility and release of muscle tension. A great therapist - very professional and practical!

I've been going to Chris since 2015!He really knows how the body works and how to get into those knots and release built up tension.I highly recommend Chris for any muscle problems you may be experiencing too. For me he knows exactly how to work the muscles before a major running event and how to treat them afterwards for a full recovery.I really can't recommend him highly enough.
