Rubbish company selling rubbish products, staff try to sell what they desire rather then listen what the customer actually need, would never go back again ((╬◣﹏◢))

To Kumar, very impatient guy who does not listen, Will never shop again! Here's my bad experience:I sent to KNK east tamaki 24th/Sep, Tuesday. Bought a few locks. Dealt with a sales called Kumar. He emailed me for one item colour confirmation the same day.  I called back on 25th/Sep Wednesday, discussed and confirmed you are going to order brown colour. Now I called on 1st Oct Monday to check my order, Not order it yet!!! 2 days, Thursday and Friday, NO Action! You blamed me changing my mind last Tuesday (isn't it a childish behaviour?!) If I don't call today, it will probably never be ordered!Do not blame other people for your own negligence.

This place has a huge variety of door and window fittings at all price levels with very good quality products. The team working here are efficent, knowledgeable and very helpful, they go out of their way to find the parts you need if something breaks, which happened to a couple of door handles (12years old) after heavy, constant and harsh treatment by temperamental grandkids. KnK either have the replacement parts or will get them for you as quickly as they can, which can be a bit more difficult in these trying Covid times as couriers and freight companies are slow and haven't enough drivers. Prices for replacement parts are very reasonable as well.
