Your manager needs to be fired, and staff retrained.How you are making a profit is beyond me.Ill be honest i dont even live in NZ but i hear about how pathetic your store is every other week so im here to make a change.DO BETTER.

I ordered two chicken wing packs, each should have 3 chicken wings, but the clerk gave me 4 chicken legs and 2 chicken wings, I asked the clerk if I could replace the chicken legs with chicken wings, even if only one leg can be replaced. The clerk disagreed and expressed that they would take whatever they saw on the tray and could not replace it. I think they are very rigid and do not know how to provide better service

I waited in line for 25 minutes and when it came to order, I ordered a 20pc wicked wing. 2 hours later I opened the bag and looked inside the bucket. Instead, they gave me 10pc wicked wing. I am extremely upset about this because I had planned to share this with my friends on my birthday but I couldn’t because there wasn’t enough. Very disappointed and mad. Do better KFC.

The food is standard, which is acceptable for any fast food chain. The lack of ready chicken at peak times shows Poor management, the stressed staff were doing their best under the circumstances, but as lines got longer and no chicken ready after 30+ mins people walked out.

Shocking customer service. The staff allow customers to stand at the counter waiting for up to 30-45min just to place an order. They clear the self serve orders and drive thru first it seems. 3self serve orders and a dozen drive thru orders were sent out before I had even ordered. The self serve orders all walked in after me and out again within 15min of placing their order. I had to ask staff several times to take the orders of the people in front they'd take one and walk away. So I had to ask 5 more times for them to actually serve the front counter customers.. and then received attitude when finally placing my order. Avoid the front counter you're better of having to pay a delivery fee as they are prioritized also. Will not go back to tahuna. The staff are rude undertrained and lack customer service skills extremely! It took and hour and 20min to place an order and receive it. No way people in the drive thru were even waiting 20min for their orders up on screen.

Absolutely shocking service, waited in drive through for 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes for our food. Counter orders closed as well. All due to understaffing. Pay your workers more!

Slowest place to get food.. Slow food.. Not fast. Not KFC vs Nelson is so different in speed and quality and service. Not sure how this is possible... But it is. So many times had order messed up or mediocre experience dealing with staff. Not sure why.. Seems like it should be simple to do, but. Anyway.. We have given up eating here due to the slow and poor service.

Went through drivethrough. Speaker at box didn't seem to be listening and my partner had to repeat himself a few times. But the food made up for this, it was brilliant best kfc I've had in a while.

DONT GO THERE!!!! Not only the worst KFC but the worst take out option available. Who would get in line for over an hour to get drive through? You have no choice when trapped in the queue. Even trying the second time to order dishes inside they have run out of every day items! When I asked for a fork or spoon for coleslaw, I was told they had run out. This place is beyond a joke and traps people through the brand. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
