Used for the first time yesterday. Excellent service. Plenty of parking. Drive in and get ticket from machine at entry. Park your car. Take ticket with you to show bus driver. Driver dropped me off where I wanted to go and gave me directions. Out of hospital wait for shuttle to take you back to car park. Put ticket in payment machine, takes eft pos, credit car, notes and coins. Make payment and take ticket with you to put in machine at exit and barrier arm will lift. Very simple and easy. Highly recommend.

The service is excellent BUT the drivers can be abrupt and rude (one in particular of asian descent). When you have a hospital appt or are visiting an ill relative or friend you are feeling a bit vulnerable and then to be met by a rude and abrupt asian driver it doesnt give you a good feeling. The driver is the first point of contact so a change in demeanor and attitude is required. I only mention his ethnicity so he can be identified as I don't know his name.This was not a one off incident.

Works out perfect....traveling in van when family member ended up in ICU.Parked up out of way and went by shuttle.. easy and convenient.One day I was to early for shuttle and two lovely ladies who had just called an uber asked me to go with them.. it was only $8. So worth remembering if you get stuck after shuttle hours.

Excellent service used it daily for 3 weeks. But agree with the other posts some of the drivers could be a bit more friendly.

I love using this to help with parking at the hospital. Only time I have had an issue was one Saturday afternoon when there was no driver to to a lunch break. I left but was still charged the $5fee. Maybe first 1/2 hour free would be an option

This is a great service with good disabled parking close to the pickup and drop off area. As my pain got worse, I found getting in and out of the van in pain with crutches and getting a seat belt on very difficult, even holding on as the van whizzed around the streets was painful but until my pain became chronic the drive was fine. Not a complaint, just a warning.

Better than driving around looking for a parking and only costs $5.60 for 2 hours and includes shuttle to and from hospital
