Very expensive...use to have deals...how expensive as and have to pay upfront first for any alterations.

Got a pair of jeans altered, it cost $50 for 2 jeans. The product received did not meet my expectations. They were the correct length but they didn't look right as they didn't have the correct size of gap between the bottom of jean and the stitching at the bottom, other tailors I have gone to have been able to achieve this at a lower price, this was quite disappointing

I bought my brand new Timberland top to look smart and instead of throwing it out I thought why not get it fixed and they did an amazing job you can hardly notice anything 10 out of 10 for you guys

I have been looked after by Sardha for over a year now. She has done pants alterations, coats and jackets for me. Being short, it is hard to find clothes that look like it fits me, but Sardha makes it fit perfectly everytime. The customer service is excellent aswell so whenever I need alterations of any sort done, I go back to her. She knows what she is doing. I have since recommended my friends to her.

Absolutely appalling customer service and repair work. Item altered was left with holes in it with the hem unraveling shortly after wearing. Made a complaint to the head office and never even received a reply. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Took 2 very special garments in for altering and the staff were so accommodating and friendly - they understood what I wanted and let me know what could and couldn't be done. Received both garments back the same day and the work they did was excellent. It was a little pricey, but I was happy to pay for the fast turnaround time and the quality of the work. Overall experience was great - I'd be happy to trust them with more alterations in the future.

Want to get my pants alter but the person in charge I was dealing with was really rude and unwelcoming. Thought it’s better to get it done from place where staff is courteous and welcoming.
