Such a beautiful space with all the plants and everyone there is super friendly & welcoming :) I get my hair done by Kirsty and she ALWAYS nails my hair, whatever example I show her, she always gets it spot on! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Kirsty is a complete superstar when it comes to a hair stylist, she’s provided thee best balayage and cuts I’ve ever had.Kirsty is always super friendly, punctual and professional. I Highly recommend her and wouldn’t use anybody else!

I enjoyed my visit to refinery studios, papamoa. It was a beautiful salon, I just loved all the healthy plants around the place it gave it a nice feel. The staff were very professional and I absolutely enjoyed my hair wash, it was one of the best and the young girl ( wish I knew her name) was very thorough and gentle. Loved my cut and blow wave and the honesty and professionalism of the gentleman who attended to me as my hair wasn't in the best condition, so I valued his opinion and his advice. The staff at Refinery Studios are exceptional. My daughter is 11 and Julie (and others) went above and beyond to make this a special experience for her. We were very happy with the cut and style. Would definitely recommend this salon to others!
