Went in for consultation to get a quote for what the whole treatment would cost, they quoted me $250 for having my hair stripped and some highlights put through it, I ended up having to pay $500 because even though they literally felt my hair in the consultation before giving me the quote, they said they didn’t realise how thick it was. I guess I could understand a raise in the price that they quoted me but not that extreme. I am also not pleased with the results especially for that ridiculous price. Would NOT recommend.
