Very friendly staff.Great place to take a kid for an afternoon.They can climb by themselves as you just clip them in and don’t need to stand underneath.Huge vertical slide which is fun for adults as well.

We had a very bad experience this morning with staff being unprofessional too busy talking to each other than helping the kids on the wall. when I had asked I got attitude from Gerry and she stormed off. Very unpleasant experience and has put me off this venue and I will not return again which is a shame as I had fond memories when I was younger. I would not recommend this place due to unprofessionalism

Awesome day out. Great variety of walls of all skill levels. Staff are welcomimg, patient and organized. Equipment is clean.

A bit crowded as it is just one pretty small room. Still fun place for kids. Pity the location is a bit far from the city centre and therefore a bit of a hassle to get to for tourists like us. But there is a bus that gets you there.

My 5 year old loved it, reasonably priced and was a great way to get her energy out before our long drive home.
