Food was terrible, the curries were so salty I couldn’t eat it.I told them once they brought out the food but they said no they didn’t add extra salt.They then asked me how our meal was when I went up to pay, so I told them and then he just walks off out the back, no sorry to hear that nothing.He sends out the young boy to try and get me to pay the full amount after telling them twice how bad the curries were and at least hoping for an explanation.Food took ages to come out too.We did have our 3 young children with us who were starving and they did unfortunately eat some of the currie which is why this restaurant couldn’t understand the problem.At 8.15pm, they would have eaten anything.In the end they didn’t charge me for the curries.It was very disappointing!!

Have a special day every so often where a group of us eat at this restaurant, and for very good reason. The food is always excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Turmeric

We were extremely lucky to be able to have lunch as we arrived like seconds before closing time! The guy was so friendly and accommodating...we had their set lunch of lamb roman josh and chicken tikka masala...it was sooooooooo yummy! Definitely a must try for those like us who love Indian foods..

One of the worst customer service experiences we had in New Zealand with Turmeric - Kerikeri! I and some of our family friends have visited this place on 27th December - 11.38 amThe waiter/manager was so rude and thoroughly unprofessional. As per the printout on the wall - On-duty manager: Mr Anik Acharya (Was not sure whether he was present at the restaurant at that time)I was busy talking to people I accompanied with and I just took the menu card from him, the waiter said: You are snatching the menu card dude" and that fellow kept looking at me having a fire in his eyes. Despite it being so rude but I ignored him.Subsequently

Ordered off the lunch menu today great price... BEST INDIAN I HAVE EVER HAD the lamb and beef was so soft and the curry sauce was AMAZING... you must try this place Will not disappoint

Have their lunch special's at $14 for curry & nan around kerikeri it value for money.I have tried many indian places around both Keri and Paihia areas nothing compares.would recommend any one who comes and front staff is helpful

Some of the best Indian food I've eaten. Amazing lassies and tasty buttered lamb. Wonderful service, great value for money and a very nice location.
