I have recently had two ambulance calls to get me to hospital due to severe back pain. I was sent home each time and told to do exercises. Eventually I had an MRI and the diagnosis was that I had three protruding discs and a compressed nerve.For three weeks, I had been on 26 pills a day, for pain relief and eventually was told about Taka . After two treatments and after using a Shakti mat I was off all medication and have had no pain whatsoever since.I thoroughly recommend Taka’s treatment. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Taka is very nice and knowledgeable. The shiatsu massage and acupuncture is a pleasant, relaxing experience. I have a long term back injury and felt a lot less pain and stiffness next day. Can't wait for next session!

Taka is brilliant at re-calibrating my body and I’m sure all that go to him. He just knows when Chi flow needs unblocking along with many other areas that need attention. The sound bowl healing is amazing it certainly clears and calms, I like to go once or twice per month. I highly recommend Taka for any issue, use Taka alongside conventional medicine if you can or leave out conventional and go holistic, much much better.

Taka is fantastic - for all aches and pains and just for relaxing and feeling great! I am not one to trust a massage from anybody but I would not hesitate at all for a massage with Taka! Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for the most effective Shiatsu and acupuncture treatment ever, you’ve just found it. Taka is a professional and extremely competent practitioner. I never feel as relaxed and pain-free as immediately after leaving from the treatment with Taka, and he manages to accomplish this with minimal pain or discomfort during the treatment. If you’ve never had a treatment like this before, it’s good to know that you keep all your clothes on throughout and no oils or creams are used. Whether you’re looking for relief from pain or just a general boost to your well-being, I can’t recommend Taka highly enough!
