I was really impressed from the start by how for me less equipment lead to the best results ever in my life.. coming from a very equipment-based approach to exercise I found out at the WMA gym that it's all about the knowledge, charisma and encouragement of the trainers.And this guys at Waiheke Martial Arts have got all the stuff to satisfy locals wanting to keep strong and motivated, and tourists that don't want to miss a bit of exercise during their staying on Waiheke!Good variety of workouts (my fav Combat Fitness), great communication and marketing, clean and tidy environment and very reasonable membership price.Thanks Don.
