Very happy with my hair cut from Amy today, efficient, friendly team, spacious and comfortable salon, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!And update: a few weeks later-I went in for a pedicure and again was very happy with the service & price, and I love my new toes! Thank you.

I have very very very very bad experience for my hair, i went for permanent straightening and hair colour, first time she did that time my hair is not proper straight and no colour after that she said come back I will fix it, and she did again and she give training to new staff and she walked away after one min and trainer don’t know anything I told Ammy please you do it and she said Should be fine she will do it but she damage my all hairs all, and I called her so many times after that she said come to saloon and she said it’s not damage it’s not dry after hair colour we did straightening thats why, She should tell me before done anything u have hair colour so your hairs will damage but she never told me anything, and she don’t have sympathy after I said give back my refund but she said I have to pay rent salary bla bla bla things, and cut my all hairs,She give me one L’Oréal botel of shampoo and one little mask which cost me $435. So please don’t take risk for your hairs from her , it’s horrible experience

I came here during their full body hot stone massage promotion- $50 for a whole hour! I had booked a two person massage so my gf and I did it at the same time.It was certainly money well spent. I was so relaxed, the service was lovely and even included complimentary tea afterwards which was such a thoughtful gesture.I would definitely come back again.

I had eyelash extensions done. They had lovely service. And the 50% off promo was an added bonus. I'll definitely be back :)

Worst hair salon I have ever been to! I just wanted them to simply cut 2cm off in a straight line. Now my hair is way shorter than just 2cm and it is not even at all! Super disappointed and when I tried to communicate that I wasn’t happy with the result, I didn’t feel like they were understanding me. So I can just highly recommend NOT to go there if you want a nice haircut!!!

Helen is amazing. So friendly and really good at what she does. I broke one of my nails a few days after getting it done and she completely fixed it up for me at no extra cost even though it was my fault. Thanks for the great service

Booked online last minute. (Today for appointment tonight)Auto booking & email confirmation communication excellent.Amy was absolutely delightful.She gives THE best head massage at the sink.5 star hair service for a tired nurse!I left my wallet at home accidentally, so she allowed me to park on premises and direct transfer into her account using my phone.Pedicure was lovely too, with a nice relaxing foot & leg massage. Best chair massager I’ve been in. I’m truly grateful, Thanks so much Amy & staff!

i got my lashes permed @ this salon and after only an hour after the treatment my lashes went flat / more straight than they were before the treatment. The staff were nice, but they must've over processed my lashes because they look like I didn't just spend $75 on them to be lifted. I really hope I could get a refund because I need them done and if not here then somewhere else.

Amazing service! Seriously, one of the best salons in Wellington. Amy's team is professional. I was served two delicious coffee.Phuong is my hairdresser, very polite and with good knowledge and skills cutting my hair and preparing for the permanent straightening. Result was unbelievable.Amy's salon offers range of service.I enjoyed my time and service that provides by them.

I gave them a call to ask for the price of Pedicure without gel polish and got informed that it would be $35, then I booked an appointment for 2 pax. When my partner came up to pay, they ended up charging us for $49 per person. The service is really nice, which is why I still rate 3 stars, however, I'm not quite happy with the miscommunication, especially when I already called and asked beforehand.
