Such a disorganised business. Get told my unit is not repairable and after about 4 calls they decide I need a tech to come out and assess the unit. I know it is out of gas. Told them its out of gas. Tech come to my house. Tell me its out of gas. $80 charge. I already knew that! I called back as under the CGA they have to offer repairs for their units. After another 3 calls or so they say fine just bring it in. Its now been about 4 weeks and I call them. Oh I don't know anything about that, let me find the tech and get them to call you back.. Waiting for that call guys. Waiting....

These guys are great. Regular maintenance and repair call-outs are always well handled with great customer service - especially our regular guy Craig. Been sorting us out for years and always gives us great advice and doesn't upsell unnecessarily (only when asked).

Our Toshiba heat pump just died (1 month out of warranty)We were quoted $990 to repair it but were advised that it's probably better to buy a new one. If we buy a new one it won't be a Toshiba!

David stayed open after he'd planned to close on xmas eve to help me out. And Vanessa is super efficient with my heatpump orders, just the deliveries are sometimes days later than the ETA which throws out my schedules sometimes, but that's probably to do with their logistics company.

our pump has been broken for 3 months just out of warranty and they can't get the part to fix it dont buy one of these
