I told them I was in no hurry, but they had completed my six chairs in less than a week. They reupholstered and refoamed the chairs. I was truly impressed with their speed and how great they looked. I'm getting some more chairs covered soon. Kerry's recommend the fabric, but you are at liberty to select your own. I was blown away with the choice of fabrics.

I wanted some custom carpets for my classic Range Rover which Kerry and his team absolutely nailed. Was done in a timely and affordable fashion. On the back of that job they also repaired an external awning for our house which was done in exactly the same manner.

I have to put one star to post the review - but read this as zero stars.I took a chair in to be re-upholstered mid-April and was told it was going to take two months. Three months later I contact Kerry's and the person on the phone is not sure what is happening - but will get Kerry to contact me. After a few days of no contact I call again and get Kerry who proceeds to give me an aggressive spray about how busy they are and the chair isn't even started. I came away feeling like it was somehow my fault for chasing up a massively overdue job.I can wear the time overrun - but it's basic courtesy to return phone calls and good business practice to tell the customer there is a delay before they have to chase it up. Probably a good idea to start a job before one month AFTER it's supposed to be completed also.It's, by far, the worst customer service I have had in many a long year. No apology or even a revised time frame - just a take it or leave it" type of attitude. I have most definitely left it.I've picked up the chair and taken my business elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do the same."
