Very poor in timely inspections as he had no system to remind when inspections to be done. After reminding him every time I was fed up with his excuses . When I gave management to other company , the tenants who were there from the day we bought property , they found the house small( as was informed) , left the property very untidy, damaged few things , which is costing me lot of money to fix.From our experience, you are dealing with a very bad looser who believed in over promising and under delivering.
