On holiday in whitianga, asked for help to remove 1 screw from chain guard. A 2 second job. Said I'd have to leave bike and come back in 24 hours as he had to much to do..not helpful.

20Jan23 1125 Awesome help from The Bike Man this morning! Came down to Whitianga yesterday evening with granddaughters' and wife's cycles. Pumped up the tyres this morning but one cycle had this weird valve. Forgot the pump in Auckland. Went to The Bike Man. Retired genius behind the counter said to me, You Need An Adaptor (see two in photos). $10 later I was on my scooter back to the beach house. Ten minutes later .. job done.

Classic bike guy , helpful and unpretentious.We rented bikes for the day to go to hot water beach ,he didn't even ask me for a deposit on the bikes. Highly recommend this laid back shop
