On my first visit, there was a very nice lady who was very personable & friendly. I bought a kransky & a can of coke. Both were thoroughly enjoyable.On my second visit, i was served by another nice lady & I bought another kransky. Unfortunately this one had an outer surface that was so tough, I could hardly chew it as it was tough as old leather. Now considering the price you pay for one of these, I would've hoped for one that has not been constantly reheated. That's the only explanation I could think of as to why it was SO tough. In the end, I could only scrape out the inner flesh of it to go with my salad. So in future, perhaps it would be an idea to confirm that the food was cooked ON THE DAY to avoid this kind of thing happening again. Just saying....

Very disappointed with the cakes we bought on our way to friends in Paihia. We spent $32 and when we arrived for afternoon tea we could not eat them. They were rock hard. Would not recommend the cakes. Woman who served us was lovely but the cakes were not.

Stale food. Pies are many days old dried out and awful. Hot chips are orange and food prices have been increased beyond a reasonable measure.
