Normally I find this place very good and all staff are professional but today I called to try and clarify something with my prescription but the lady who answered was very rude and really unhelpful and very snarky plus she didn’t even try to answer any of my questions (it was a yes or no question)and she said I should of asked when I was there? I’m very young and I supposed to know what medicine can or can’t have at the same time. I am very upset still. And super annoyed

Such a lovely place to visit with amazing staff. They are open on a Sunday which was awesome when I got Covid as I could get the antivirals on that day instead of having to wait. Thanks so much. Keep up the great work

I have a blood pressure machine at home but unfortunately it didn’t work so I want to this pharmacy to get it quickly checked. Although me and my family are a regular client here, I’ve been told to come back two days later, which is a joke. Never ever coming back here again.

Unfortunately I can't get my 35gram Shiskaberry here. Will take 6 weeks to sort it out apparently. Shocked but not suprised. More a reflection of the lagging system. Have source the Shiskaberry Via Cannabis Clinic instead. Another local option was Wellworks.

Always a pleasure to deal with the pharmacy staff here! They are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This chemist is the original late night chemist in Upper Hutt City and been doing it since the 1970s

Outstanding community pharmacy. Have had many positive interactions with staff. Both outside of the pharmacy when a staff member realised I needed help on their way to work and every time I go there now for first step medical care and advice.
