Great customer service, very comfortable shoes and hard wearing. I am on my feet all day and my shoes are going strong after 18months. McKinalys kindly replaced my inner soles so they have a lease of life.Highly recommend there shoes, worth every penny.

I ordered the McKinlays Kimbell shoes back in 2021. These shoes are still the shoes I wear everyday for work, and I walk 2kms to work everyday. When you consider how long they last and how comfortable they are I don't know if you can find a better shoe.

I went on January 25 to buy a pair of boots that I was looking to get for ages until finally I could afford them. Besides I was deeply interested to get high quality crafted shoes and to buying locally, but all my enthusiasm went down as soon as I got to the store in Glasgow St because I experienced an awful customer service, the lady who helped me to find out my size and the colour of my preference was short-tempered and every time that I was asking about the color, she was repeating we don´t display them in all the colours because we made them by order" fact that I already knew more than enough. The only thing that I wanted to know it was the range of brown tones that I could get

High quality leather shoes, very poor customer service!! When I was trying to learn more about the shoes, “Everything is on the website.” the office lady says. It wasn’t a good experience!

I was complimented on my boots this morning and joked with my wife because I think I purchased them in the early1990s, never had to replace the rubber sole comfortable as all get out and the leather still buffs up brilliantly when given a polish, well done !!!
