I want to give zero star. The service is unbelievably bad. I am going to buy a $10 drink from this shop on the Matariki day in a not busy time with only one customer in front of us. And the lady in the shop told me to wait. That is almost like yelling at my face... Uh really??? I just turned back and walked away and swear never come back to this shop anymore... I believe no body want to be treated like this especially on a holiday nice day.

This Cha+ does much better fried chicken than the one in Dominion Road. I’ve tried the chicken bones, Very good portion and yummy. Fried chicken skin is also very good. Highly recommend

Fast and efficient customer service! Good portions and food comes out fast and very crispy. Drinks are nice and very well priced. Overall store is very clean and tidy. Definitely looking forward to going back again.

They have halved the size of the spicey popcorn fried chicken portion but the price is the same.I wouldn't have bought it at that price for that little amount.

Unsatisfied service overall 2/5.I have ordered twice from this store and I really think you need to replace your current front staff or else your ratings will continue to fall.There is not much use making all the orders when you do not call them out or else people will just be waiting and waiting during peak hours.I strongly suggest that you take our feedback into consideration as you are a popular store here on Lincoln road.The food is however, tasty and of good quality.

The tea is good but the service is the worst, they don’t care about their customers at all.They rather not to sell than change things that are super easy. I asked please have less syrup than normally and they said no. They don’t have non dairy options. I asked to get normal pearls instead brown sugar and they said NO even if I offer to pay more. I ask to have green tea instead black tea and they said no in a really rude way.

I ordered takeaway chicken skin. There's a lot of chicken feathers.. Pls get rid of the feathers before sell them to our customer！

Absolutely the best fried chicken I have ever tasted! The original chicken bun is what you need! Also my green apple slushy with strawberry popping balls are amazing. Wonderful service thank you!!
