I went to fix my phone screen. As soon as I entered the centre, a staff greeted me with a big smile. The staff explained me very clearly how the phone will get fixed and the time it will take. They asked me to grab a seat while fixing it and kindly offered me a coffee waiting for this. The lovely staff fixed it really quick and helped me for all paperwork. This is why I keep using and buyingSmasung devices. Please pass my big thanks to their service team

Really appreciate the fast and efficient service we received in regards to our broken television. Only took less than a week to have the tv assessed and fixed, incredibly surprising as we were expecting it to be a couple of weeks! So thanks again to your hibiscus coast team!

Based on the report, the issue was identified and fixed by replacing the main board and a few other components.Although, I appreciated the attempt and turn around time, the problem presented itself the first time I tested the device.Device has since been sent back and I'm currently waiting for it's return.A bit frustrating and annoying if I am to be honest.

Wonderful service . I bought my tv at Harvey norman . After 1 and half years of using, the tv had the problem with the screen . The harvey Norman made a booking from Samsung for me to engineer to inspect the at TV . Although my Tv Samsung product is outside warranty period . But i told them I wasn’t happy with the product cuz Age and type of the brand new Tv should stay last long than 5 years . Then they have just have received pre-approval for Samsung NZ to cover the repair charges. Cuz engineer said : the issue is a manufacturing fault ( problem with the screen ) .The tv was fixed around 2 weeks without any fee . I am so satisfied with the team . They emailed me fast and answered all my question . Appreciate it .

Horrible experience Samsung, so disgusted with your customer service.I gave my Galaxy S22 ultra for repair as it wasn't fast charging. I asked for a spare phone and I dint have any phone to use for next 3 to 5 working days. The lady at counter assure me and guaranteed it will be fixed on urgent basis and will be couriered to my place in 2 days as I stay far. After multiple follow ups phone calls which no one answer untill 5pm. I managed to get hold of some one and changed my address so it's delivered at the right place. It was supposed to be dispatched next morning but no one followed up, after calling entire day a guy answered at 5pm saying it's ready for pick up and had no clue it was suppose to be couriered so again after wasting a day it was dispatched the next day in evening so the following morning I should receive the courier which is day 4 by now. After tracking entire morning I see that the courier guy try to deliver but no one home to I needed to collect it when I was home entire day. After calling courier company all morning to my surprise they told me that the unit number on the parcel is wrong hence the guy left. Now it will be delivered next day which day 5 btw. And still without my phone when it was repaired in 1 day. Nightmare !!!!

Absolute joke. Relatively new flip phone got a dead pixel. Drove 50 mins to Rosedale service centre. Was told the repair will take 1-2 days and they had no loan phone available. After a week, they keep saying still waiting for a part. If they explained there is no part available, we would take it back to them when the part arrives without leaving the phone with them for a week. Horrible service I must say. We will contact Samsung Hq in Korea regarding this matter.

Great products but highly untrustworthy service. My Fold4 had a mysterious issue during an update. I called the samsung 0800 number who are wonderful! Then, I had the horrid experience of dealing with the repair company. Firstly, before I said anything the customer service" person said that the phone isn't working because of impact damage. After explainimg that the issue was not due to impact damage and that the problem occurred after an update. She just didn't believe me. So I get a quote saying customer misuse and impact damage. Absolutely no thoughts about actually fixing the problem.This leads me to believe this is an absolute scam.Now

I needed the screen protector replaced, it was done quickly and free under warranty. However when it was returned all photos and contacts had been deleted and settings were back to factory settings. I wasn't told that needed to happen so there was no backup and all that is now lost.

Very poor service plus incompetency. I gave my Galaxy S21 phone to be fixed on 15/02/2023 and received it back on 02/05/2023. There were two small problems with the phone: 1) a crack on the back camera protection glass (the camera was functional) and 2) sound distortion on the handsfree speaker. I clearly identified these problems on the application form, but they sent me a quote just for the camera protection glass without checking the speakers. I called them and had them correct the quotation. However, they weren't able to fix the phone for 2.5 months, and every time I asked, they gave me misinformation and misled me repeatedly. When I said that I didn't want to pay for poor service, they refused, saying that Samsung has no international warranty, even though my request was not related to warranty, instead their poor service. They didn't even call me back when they fixed the phone; I realized my phone was fixed when I went there to inquire.
